Mr. Fattal is a seasoned New York attorney and real estate dealmaker, experienced in securities law, M&A, and structuring complex real estate transactions.

Prior to founding SAUDNA, Mr. Fattal served as General Counsel at Soho Properties, a Manhattan-based development and investment firm with over $750 million AUM, and at a global Japanese private equity fund, where he gained extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, securities, and fund management. Later in his career, he practiced at leading corporate and securities law firms, including Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP and Anthony, Linder & Cacomanolis, PLLC. Mr. Fattal has advised bulge-bracket investment banks and institutional funds on nine-figure IPOs and M&A transactions, which included significant real estate assets.
